'Obczaić' is the perfective partner of 'czaić' (to lurk/understand) but with the prefix 'ob-' it shifts meaning to 'to scope something out' or 'to check something out.' It's the word you use when directing someone's attention — 'obczaj to!' (check this out!). Very common in casual speech, especially among teens and young adults, it's the slang equivalent of 'popatrz' (look at that) but with more street energy. You'll hear it at parties, in schools, and constantly in Polish YouTube/TikTok content.
