Made from condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter, rolled in chocolate sprinkles, it is essential at every Brazilian birthday party. 'Brigadeiro de colher' (spoon brigadeiro) is a softer, warm version eaten straight from the pan. It does not exist in Portuguese cuisine.
