pregnancy
Pronunciation
/ɡɾɐviˈdɛʃ/
Cultural Note
In Brazil, 'chá de bebé' (baby shower, literally 'baby tea') is a major celebration during pregnancy. In Portugal, baby showers are a more recent import.
